Job description

Job Responsibility

Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin due to business requirements and clientele.

We provide monthly performance incentives.

  1. Passionate about providing great customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  2. Provide guidance and assistance online and in product usage.
  3. Assist with customer inquiries and complaints.
  4. Assist in replying to FB Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.
  5. Assist in the collection of outstanding payments from customers.
  6. Acquire and process thorough knowledge of the Company's products and services.
  7. Maintain comprehensive records of sales and other activities as required.
  8. Any ad-hoc assignments from immediate superior/Management.

Job Requirements

  1. Mandarin Speaker Only due to business requirements and clientele.
  2. Minimum with SPM/UEC.
  3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  4. Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  5. Morning Shift (WIO) - 08:30 am - 05:30 pm
  6. Afternoon Shift (WFH) - 02:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
