Job Responsibility
Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin due to business requirements and clientele.
We provide monthly performance incentives.
- Passionate about providing great customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and assistance online and in product usage.
- Assist with customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist in replying to FB Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.
- Assist in the collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Acquire and process thorough knowledge of the Company's products and services.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales and other activities as required.
- Any ad-hoc assignments from immediate superior/Management.
Job Requirements
- Mandarin Speaker Only due to business requirements and clientele.
- Minimum with SPM/UEC.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Morning Shift (WIO) - 08:30 am - 05:30 pm
- Afternoon Shift (WFH) - 02:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
