Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of working from home three days a week, allowing you to balance work and personal life while contributing to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, prepare, and execute event projects and activities on-site.
2. Oversee on-site event and activity processes, manage material allocation, and coordinate with VIP clients.
3. Have a strong understanding of poker tournament rules and regulations, and be capable of tailoring event formats for various games and tournaments.
4. Negotiate event collaborations and possess in-depth knowledge of the poker industry.
5. Provide regular progress reports and summaries based on event timelines, offering constructive suggestions for improvement.
6. Stay informed about global poker tournament trends and bring innovative ideas for event development.
7. Ensure thorough preparation, seamless execution, and post-event evaluations for all events under your responsibility.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with proficiency in English preferred (due to the high number of VIP clients who speak English).
2. Minimum of two years of experience in event management, with strong knowledge of the international poker tournament market. Experience in executing large-scale public relations events is required. Experience in service industries, internet companies, or event organizations is a plus.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a solid understanding of large-scale event processes and management.
4. Strong work ethic, high execution capability, responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure. Innovative mindset and a collaborative team spirit, along with excellent communication skills.
5. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks.
6. A strong network within the event industry is a plus, and familiarity with event organization is preferred.
7. Proficient in using various office software tools.
