Job Summary:

  • Looking for candidates available to work:
    • Monday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Friday: Morning, Afternoon
  • More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
  • Working rights required for this role.
  • Expected salary: $2,500 - $2,800 per month.
  • Immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication & Support:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Providing accurate and detailed information about solar products, services, and installations.
  • Assisting customers in navigating the solar energy system purchasing process, explaining options, and addressing concerns.
  • Communicating with SEDA and TNB for solar applications, preparing related documents and fulfilling the requirements and deadlines.
  • Providing basic technical support to customers, answering questions regarding system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, proactively following up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

Order Management:

  • Processing customer orders accurately, tracking progress, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation, and proactively updating customers on their order status.

Problem Handling:

  • Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaboration & Improvement:

  • Supporting business development teams with preliminary designs, engineering simulation, pre-sales site surveys, and technical clarifications.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to management for improving customer experiences and service delivery.

Referral Program Promotion:

  • Actively promoting the company’s referral program to existing customers to encourage word-of-mouth marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer services/sales, preferably in renewable energy, power transmission and distribution, and power automation will be an advantage.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, good customer service, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
