Job Description

As a bilingual Customer Support Consultant, you will provide first-class customer service to clients via phone calls, live chat, and e-mail. You are also expected to:

Responsibilities

  1. Assist customers via Spanish and English language;
  2. Use provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues;
  3. Adhere to client-defined processes and procedures and company policies;
  4. Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability, and quality;
  5. Meet pre-determined targets;
  6. Ensure proper documentation of activities in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests, and actions taken.

Requirements

  1. Spanish speaker able to converse in English
  2. Spanish written and verbal communication skills
  3. Preferably with 1 year of Customer Service experience in a call center
  4. Earned a Bachelor's Degree
  5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  6. Strong Customer Service Skills

Working Hours
24 hours rotational shifts | 5 working days a week

Work Location
Cyberjaya (Fully in Office)

Remuneration
Total Package up to MYR 10,000
