Job description

As a Customer Service Executive at the company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients based in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will require you to handle inbound calls, emails, and other customer inquiries in Mandarin and English.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and guidance to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or management
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • 24-hour shift system (Monday to Friday)

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Mandarin and English
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to provide empathetic and efficient support
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role in any service industry
  • We welcome fresh graduates or outstanding young people with no experience to join us
