Job description
Job Responsibility
Deal directly with customers via inbound calls and email enquiries.
Record and answer customer inquiries.
Obtain any relevant information to handle service inquiries.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm / 10.30am to 7.30pm.
Working days: any 5 days from Monday to Sunday.
Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job scope: Handle inbound calls and email enquiries.
Job Benefits
Monthly salary up to RM3,700 (Allowances included).
Allowances.
Annual leave: 16 days per annum.
EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions.
