Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Deal directly with customers via inbound calls and email enquiries.
  • Record and answer customer inquiries.
  • Obtain any relevant information to handle service inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm / 10.30am to 7.30pm.
  • Working days: any 5 days from Monday to Sunday.
  • Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Job scope: Handle inbound calls and email enquiries.

Job Benefits

  • Monthly salary up to RM3,700 (Allowances included).
  • Allowances.
  • Annual leave: 16 days per annum.
  • EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions.
