Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through telecommunication channels.
- Support customers based on their language preferences while providing assistance.
- Attend to customer queries, complaints, and suggestions.
- Direct customers to relevant departments if necessary.
- Elevate concerns to management when unsure how to proceed.
- Process exchanges and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Offer customers information on products or services that match their needs.
- Monitor communication records to ensure all customers receive assistance.
- Analyze feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct customer surveys as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma (in any field). Customer services related will be advantaged.
- Proven experience as a customer service representative, customer support representative, or similar.
- Candidate must be very fluent and able to type in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to draft professional emails.
- Active listening skills and attention to detail.
- Solid awareness of your skillset and willingness to refer customers for help, as needed.
