Customer Service Officer

Job Vacancy: Customer Service Representative (Only for Candidates with full working rights in Malaysia)

Morning shift: 09:00 to late afternoon 18:00 (Work from office)

Evening shift: 18:00 to early morning 02:00 (Work from home)

Weekend duty on rotation, overtime pay provided

Job Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrating responsibility and a serious attitude towards learning.
2. Handling online inquiries and email communications from customers, providing professional consultation services based on customer needs, promptly understanding customer issues, and delivering correct and satisfactory responses.
3. Answering customer queries, understanding and addressing customer needs, and promptly communicating feedback to immediate supervisors.
4. Resolving customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner.

Qualifications:

1. SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree qualifications. (School leavers are welcome)
2. Proficient in both written Mandarin and English.
3. Proficient in operating Office software and online chat tools, with a certain foundation in network knowledge, and fast typing speed in Mandarin/English.
