Job Opportunity: Customer Service Officer - Are you passionate about delivering great customer experiences? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for our customers—assisting shoppers, handling inquiries, provide effective solutions, and ensure a smooth, positive experience every time.
Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance
Providing directions and information about stores, promotions, and facilities.
Assisting customers with complaints, lost items, or general concerns.
Helping customers with wheelchair or stroller rentals if available.
Handling Complaints & Resolving Issues
Addressing customer grievances and finding appropriate solutions.
Coordinating with security or management for escalated issues.
Managing Lost & Found
Recording and securing lost items.
Assisting customers in locating lost belongings.
Promotional & Event Support
Informing customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and events.
Assisting in organizing mall events and distributing promotional materials.
Administrative Duties
Answering phone calls, emails, and messages related to mall services.
Keeping records of customer interactions and feedback.
Safety & Emergency Support
Providing guidance during emergencies (e.g., fire alarms, medical situations).
Coordinating with security and emergency response teams when necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum Higher Secondary Diploma/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, a Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year working experience and proven experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
Willing to work in shifts schedule.
