Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service through email and other non-voice communication channels.
  2. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and a customer-centric approach.
  3. Utilize basic Excel skills to manage and analyze data related to customer accounts.
  4. Assist with accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
  6. Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a non-voice process.
  2. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  4. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  5. Background in accounts payable processes is highly desirable.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
  8. Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
