Customer Service - Nearby Public Transport | Attractive Salary & Benefits

• Permanent role with full training provided

Main responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls
• Resolving customer's enquiries or complaints in a timely manner
• Promotes and verbally shares the latest promotion campaign information to the call-in customers (when chance arises)

Remunerations:

• Basic salary up to RM4000 (subject to experiences)
• Quarterly KPI incentives
• Other allowances: transport allowance, language allowance, OT claims, etc.
• Staff benefits: Insurance coverage, Optical + Dental claims

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate Degree holders are welcome!
• SPM and Diploma holders with call center experience are encouraged to apply!
• Open to all races and genders.
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
