Responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving after-sales issues for the company.
Actively promote customer satisfaction and coordinate with colleagues from other departments to handle order issues.
Optimize service processes, summarize encountered problems during service, and promptly provide feedback to superiors to propose optimization solutions.
Accept other work arrangements from superiors.
Job Requirements:
Strong communication skills, proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English.
Have some customer service experience, willing to work night shifts (night shifts are work-from-home with night shift allowances).
Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, meticulous, and possess a good learning spirit.
Open to a shift schedule.
