Customer Service | Johor Bahru | Salary Up to RM4k

Our Client is a prestigious beauty company nestled in the vibrant district of Johor Bahru Midvalley. Since their establishment, they have been at the forefront of the beauty industry, offering a wide array of premium beauty products and services to our discerning clientele.

Job Description:

  • Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers.
  • Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries.
  • Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they are still satisfied with their purchases and services.
  • Letting patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them.
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions.
  • Escalating queries and concerns when necessary.
  • Troubleshooting common issues with products or services.
  • Working with management to find appropriate solutions to problems.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
