Customer Service Healthcare (Mandarin Or Cantonese) + Eng B2
Remuneration: RM5,500 – RM6,000 + OT (permanent night shift from 2pm-12am+/-) + KPI incentive Note: Applicants with customer service experience from other industry Work Location: KL Sentral
Job Description:
Inbound/Outbound Calls to 65+ year or older members.
Calls range from inquiries about what procedures are covered, co-pay amounts, doctors who are in-network vs. out-of-network, plan benefits, etc. We deal heavily with members who have fatal diseases, chronic conditions, and/or whose spouse/parent just died.
We do “pitch” healthcare events – colonoscopies, mammograms, and even flu shots. Must be comfortable with healthcare details.
Skills Required:
Patience & empathy are mandatory.
Routine customer interactions using a computer and handling multiple tasks and tools including Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc.
Notate the customer's account per call and document escalated issues that do not have a known resolution.
Independently demonstrate the ability to listen, research, and utilize your knowledge base by linking, flagging, and recommending updates.
Problem-solving aptitude – complex on this program, involves many systems and thinking outside the box.
Relationship building with members/customers.
Education & Professional Certifications: Education/Age Requirements:
SPM & above.
18 years of age.
Required Work Experience:
6 months of previous customer service experience.
Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues in previous work experience.
Preferred Experience: Call Center, Health benefits knowledge.
