Job Responsibility

  1. Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to remain professional, confident, and patient.
  2. Able to handle incoming customer inquiries over the telephone or other channels by providing accurate, efficient, and quality service that exceeds customers' expectations.
  3. Willingness to take responsibility and be accountable for handling customer issues professionally and courteously.
  4. Possess strong analytical skills to identify the cause of problems and recommend solutions.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills with solid questioning and listening skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  7. Ability to multi-task and with good attention to detail.

Job Requirements

  1. Able to start immediately
  2. Min. STPM/Diploma holders (fresh graduates) are also encouraged to apply
  3. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (read, written, and spoken)
  4. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage
  5. Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office applications
  6. Pass pre-phone interview

Job Benefits

Remunerations package:

  1. Salary range: RM2500 - RM3000
  2. Medical & hospitalization covered
  3. EPF, SOCSO and EIS covered

Working Hours

  1. 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
