Manage inquiries from customers through website, email and telephone
Responsible for customer satisfaction survey programme by making outbound calls to existing customers
Data entry - key in lead and enquiry details into customer management system
Prepare monitoring reports (daily, weekly & monthly) on outbound calls with success rate analysis, customer feedback, with short commentary
Adhere to standard procedures for enquiries/ leads/ CVC handling
Adhere to standard script for enquiries/ leads/ CVC handling
Support in customer loyalty and world class programme
Specific areas of responsibility
Manage web enquiries that are submitted through company websites or toll free lines featured in websites
Handle enquiries or sales leads for Rentokil Initial businesses
Handle complaints or issues raised by customers or callers through web feedback form, toll free, email or fax
Perform satisfaction follow up call to regain customer's confidence
Make outbound calls to existing customers to gain feedback on Rentokil Initial services
Support in customer loyalty and world class programme
Key in sales leads/enquiries into system and inform the ‘person in charge' to follow up and close the ticket
Follow up with Customer Development Personnel on prospect status
Prepare weekly and monthly calls, customer feedback and outbound call reports
Requirements The ideal candidate will possess:
Possess a SPM/Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Communications or related discipline
Candidate with good written and oral skill especially in English & BM
Moderate to good computer skill, well versed in Microsoft Office
Pleasant personality and ability to communicate with all levels of customer
Good organisation skill
Highly Desirable
Excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask
Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage
