Coordinate sea and air shipments, including booking, pickup, delivery, and transportation schedules.
Prepare required documentation for sea and air freight (bills of lading, air waybills, invoices, etc.).
Liaise with customs to ensure smooth clearance of sea and air shipments.
Update customers on shipment status and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and service providers for rates and issue resolution.
Stay updated on regulations and compliance for sea and air freight operations.
Identify risks and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
Negotiate vendor rates and monitor transportation costs to maintain profitability.
Streamline workflows and improve efficiency for sea and air freight operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements and skills:
Possess at least a Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or similar industry.
Able to work independently and in a group, result-oriented, and highly motivated.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detailed, organized, and good time management.
