Job description

We’re looking for passionate, responsible customer service professionals to join our online support team, ensuring an outstanding service experience for our clients!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Provide timely, professional support through online platforms to address customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction.
  2. Solution Provider: Quickly identify customer issues and proactively deliver clear, comprehensive solutions to create a seamless, one-stop experience.
  3. Continuous Learning: Continuously update product knowledge and service skills to ensure accurate, professional information delivery.
  4. Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure timely responses to all customer requests.
  5. Feedback Management: Collect and organize customer feedback to help improve the quality of products and services.

We Are Looking For:

  1. Education: SPM or above; customer service experience is a plus.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Fast typing, excellent listening and comprehension skills for seamless communication with clients.
  3. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong logical thinking, able to stay calm under pressure and resolve complex situations swiftly.
  4. Service Passion: Passionate about customer service, with strong team spirit and a high level of responsibility.
  5. Flexibility: Adaptable to varying shifts to maintain high service quality.
