Customer Service Executive | 客服行政员

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and attend visitor or walk-in customers.
• Build relationships with existing customers to follow up with customer maintenance schedules and replacement stock.
• Cold calling to existing and potential customers to support sales growth.
• Prepare regular reports on order statuses, customer satisfaction, and complaint resolution.
• Process customer orders and arrange shipments with internal logistics.
• Monitor order statuses and update customers on any changes or delays proactively.
• Assist the sales and marketing teams with product promotion and marketing events.
• Provide the sales team with administrative support.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Manage the maintenance and servicing of company equipment and replenishment of office supplies.
• Manage general procurement for internal use and follow up with suppliers regularly.
• Assist employees in booking business trips.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
• Ensure office cleanliness at all times.
• Plan and arrange internal company events, e.g., team bonding activities and welfare.
• Write minutes in sales meetings.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by the reporting officer/manager.
