Job Description:

• Supervise the overall customer service on daily job functions.
• Coordinate and interact with all parties, namely Customers, Suppliers, Vendors, and warehouse operations.
• Accept any job responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
• Interact with the internal team on new customer requirements and coordinate the implementation with operations.

Requirements:

• SPM/STPM or Basic Degree.
• Certification in Basic Supervision.
• Able to speak and write in English.
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin for customer service dealing with customers in Mandarin-speaking countries.
