Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Provide accurate information regarding healthcare products, services, and policies.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Document customer interactions and ensure follow-up as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer concerns.
  6. Assist in processing orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
  7. Maintain knowledge of healthcare industry trends and company updates.
  8. Meet performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in any related field.
  2. Familiar with customer service requirements with minimum 2-3 years of working experience.
  3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Attention to detail in documentation and shipment processes.
  6. Able to multi-task and work with deadlines under minimum supervision.
  7. Good communication skills, committed and positive working attitude.
  8. Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  9. Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office.
