As a Customer Service Executive, we seek a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team. Being our clients' main point of contact in this position will guarantee a smooth and fulfilling client experience. Responding to consumer questions, settling grievances, and cultivating enduring client relationships are among your duties.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the company’s membership program & system to generate customer loyalty and repeat sales.
  • Plan and execute customer service campaigns to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in exhibitions, roadshows & events to generate leads and loyal customers.
  • Respond efficiently and expertly to customer inquiries through online & offline platforms.
  • Proactively determine the needs of customers and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (such as sales and logistics) to guarantee efficient and satisfactory service delivery.
  • Follow up on leads and offer after-sales support to the sales team.
  • To increase customer happiness, track consumer comments and provide suggestions for enhancements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum SPM qualification; a diploma or degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using Customer Service App or system.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping customers.
