Job description

We're conveniently located in Subang Jaya, accessible by LRT Putra or KTM Subang Jaya station. No long commutes for you!

Job Responsibility

  • Handle phone-in enquiries of members in respect to product/e-wallet/promo
  • Advise on latest promotions and mechanics. Manage feedback/complaints
  • Liaise with back-end support to solve members' issues/queries/concerns
  • Provide accurate and efficient processing of case escalation or support work related to the clients' processes & approach

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication verbal & written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Experience working in a customer service environment would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Able to commit to shift hours (rotational shift working environment); earliest shift starts at 7am, last shift ends at 10.00pm
