Customer Service Executive


Salary: RM2500 + RM100 (phone allowances)
Working days and time: 6 working days Mon-Sat 9:00am - 5:30pm
Contract: 6 months

Job Description:

  1. Support Supervisor in managing FG Local operation manual orders.
  2. Monitor manual orders and alert customer service if pricing variances are found.
  3. Phase in/out product codes based on customer requests.
  4. Respond promptly to customer service needs via phone and email.
  5. Report issues to the customer service supervisor as needed.
  6. Collaborate closely with the CD team on daily manual order distribution.
  7. Follow up on POD returns with transporters within specified timeframes.
  8. Oversee inbound processing in the SAP system for incoming shipments.
  9. Conduct administrative tasks and monitor admin clerk performance.
  10. Address all customer queries, especially urgent manual order shipments.
  11. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  12. Maintain compliance with ISO standard procedures.
  13. Assist with additional inventory functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum diploma in any field
  2. Experience with intermediate-level Excel skills
  3. Immediate availability to start
