Customer Service Executive
Salary: RM2500 + RM100 (phone allowances)
Working days and time: 6 working days Mon-Sat 9:00am - 5:30pm
Contract: 6 months
Job Description:
- Support Supervisor in managing FG Local operation manual orders.
- Monitor manual orders and alert customer service if pricing variances are found.
- Phase in/out product codes based on customer requests.
- Respond promptly to customer service needs via phone and email.
- Report issues to the customer service supervisor as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the CD team on daily manual order distribution.
- Follow up on POD returns with transporters within specified timeframes.
- Oversee inbound processing in the SAP system for incoming shipments.
- Conduct administrative tasks and monitor admin clerk performance.
- Address all customer queries, especially urgent manual order shipments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain compliance with ISO standard procedures.
- Assist with additional inventory functions as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum diploma in any field
- Experience with intermediate-level Excel skills
- Immediate availability to start
