Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, managing customer service operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining records of customer interactions.
