What You Will Be Accountable For

• Handle inbound calls via the dedicated toll-free line, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate and consistent resolutions to customer concerns, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
• Achieve service and productivity targets by responding to all inquiries efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure quick and seamless resolution of customer issues and queries.
• Candidates with experience in Guarantee Letter (GL) issuance processes will have an added advantage.
• Exhibit a result-oriented mindset, demonstrating a sense of urgency, teamwork, and proactive collaboration to deliver exceptional client services.
• Diploma holders, 1 year working experience in Third Party Administration (TPA) / call centre and hospitality industry is added advantage.
• Good computer skills and meticulous with details.
• Must be able to read and write English due to clientele portfolio.
• Has a pleasant disposition and clear intonation over the telephone.
• Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.
• Willingness to work late/on shift/work as/when required.
• Possess own transport.
