About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Customer Service Executive to join our team at PGS LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time position is a crucial customer-facing role within our freight/cargo forwarding operation, responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Handling import/export customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Providing accurate information about our freight/cargo forwarding services, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service, preferably within the freight/cargo forwarding industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently
• A team player with a positive attitude and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Good organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
