Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Manage new and existing customer inquiries.
  2. Arrange replacement classes and communicate schedule changes.
  3. Notify customers of class closures.
  4. Must have proven experience in sales and the ability to close deals effectively.
  5. Ability to handle walk-in customers and carry out face-to-face sales interactions confidently.
  6. Prepare, distribute and control student certificates, reports and starter kits.
  7. Process customer payments and ensure timely collections.
  8. Collect, review, and respond to customer feedback effectively.
  9. Assist with enrollment for competitions and events.
  10. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
  11. Support the execution of safeguarding policies.

Job Requirements

  1. Language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  2. Education Background: Preferably Diploma in Business/Mass Communications.
  3. Experience: Proven experience in customer service/helpdesk sector.
  4. Personality: Positive learning attitude, responsible, honest, powered with integrity.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
