Job description
Job Responsibility
Providing customer service and clerical support to the CS and Admin department.
Manage phone calls and email inquiries.
Able to handle job loads for data input to ensure all data entries are properly keyed in.
Coordinate with service centers on service claims, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Job Requirements
Qualification: SPM/ Diploma Holder with 1-2 years of related working experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Required skill(s): MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.
Willing to learn and initiative-taking.
Able to join immediately or at short notice.
