To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution.
Performing inspections, preparing reports, managing warranty claims, etc., to ensure the highest quality of work and that all Service Level Agreements are met.
Responsible for daily operational tasks for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operations.
Striving to achieve and maintain overall performance adhering to SLA.
Build up technical skills for professional services and undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations/Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Organized, strong communication, and excellent time management skills.
High level of conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer service orientation.
Knowledge in Samsung products will be an added advantage.
Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
