Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Product training & Script will be provided.
  2. Records customer inquiries.
  3. Deal directly with customers by telephone.
  4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  5. Make outbound calls to new customers.
  6. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries.
  7. Provide potential leads and laptop.

Job Requirements

  1. Good communication skills in English, Bahasa, Mandarin.
  2. Prior customer service or telemarketing experience preferred.
  3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
