Job Responsibility
Answer customers’ inquiries by cross-checking with the system and provider.
Assist customers in solving their problems.
Check account, monitor, and manage the payout process.
Job Requirements
Achieve at least SPM education.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Proficient problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy.
Willing to learn and work independently.
Able to work on rotational shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime.
