Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to patients on hospital’s facilities.
• Attend to queries by patients and provide necessary assistance.
• Conduct ward rounds to improve/enhance customer experience.
• Assist the customer service manager in handling customer complaints.
• Coordinate customer service between Consultants, Medical Officers, and nursing staff.
• Responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing customer feedback monthly and forwarding it to all departments concerned.
• Assist in hospital marketing and promotional activities.
• Assist in follow-up complaint cases to enhance customer service activities.
• Prepare monthly statistic reports related to customer service.
• Any other duties as required by management.

Requirements

• To be courteous and highly diplomatic.
• Good interpersonal skills with customers.
• Good command of English and Mandarin languages, both written and spoken. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media skills required.
• Degree/Diploma in Public Relations, Mass Communications Management, Psychology, or Diploma in Nursing with Post Basic in management studies.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
