As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
• Resolving customer issues and complaints by offering solutions and alternatives
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring accurate data entry
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Familiarity with the call centre and customer service industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
