Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Able to handle customers through email and live chat.
  2. Able to type and write in multiple languages (English and Mandarin preferred).
  3. Good communication skills and a fast typing speed.
  4. Follow up with customers to achieve overall satisfaction.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  6. Solve problems encountered daily by communicating with customers.
  7. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to handle urgent cases.

Requirements

  1. Able to commit to night shifts.
  2. Experience in customer service.
  3. Proficient in management methods and techniques.
  4. Proficiency in Mandarin & English preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  5. Understanding of the latest technology trends and applications in the industry.
  6. Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  7. Ability to solve difficult problems and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Basic understanding of customer service principles.
  9. Must have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  10. Proficiency in office software such as Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Docs.

Compensation and Benefits

  1. Basic salary: RM3000 - RM3200.
  2. Monthly Attendance Award.

  8. Includes EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
