Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Customer Service & eCommerce Operations Associate to help manage daily operations of our online store, assist customers, and ensure a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings and content across eCommerce platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through reviews and engagement.
• Help with order processing and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Handle returns and refunds.
• Upload promotional banners and product images.
• Conduct weekly chat broadcasts to engage customers and promote offers.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service or eCommerce is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Qualifications: Minimum SPM (or equivalent). Diploma or degree in business/marketing is a plus.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Based in Malaysia.
