Job description
  • Providing the best logistics solution to the customers based on the shipment orders.
  • Monitoring & planning shipment uplifts to ensure delivery KPI is achieved as promised to client.
  • Ensure to meet customer requirements/deadlines.
  • Attend to customer queries and dispute emails in a timely manner.
  • Update shipment status to clients on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to assist with any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirement

  • Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Freight Forwarding (Air Import/Air Export) and regulatory requirements.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong multi-tasking skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision and with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in handling documents related to AIR shipments.
  • Must be self-motivated; possess strong initiative; good analytical and interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude.
