Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage day to day operations in support of the Call Centre.
  • Provide administration support; work closely with the team to ensure smooth flow of daily operation.
  • Arranging Delivery of Goods.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM.
  • Communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Clear, simple & effective communication & good interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate, proficient in Ms. Excel.
  • Hardworking, positive attitude and committed to work.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
