Job Duties:
1. As a Customer Service professional, you will politely and proficiently attend to service requests and sales interactions with walk-in customers at the shop.
2. Handle enquiries on services provided, such as Postpaid, Prepaid, Broadband, Account Status, etc.
3. Responsible for handling customer information, monetary transactions, handsets, and ensuring proper control, reconciliation, and timely updates in the system.
4. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of new and existing customers.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field or equivalent.
2. Preferably with retail experience in telecommunication products and services.
3. At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, according to the retail operational requirements.
5. Sales-oriented and able to work independently.
6. Good communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
Good discipline and ability to work as part of a team.
