Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via inbound calls, live chat, and emails.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Resolve customer issues

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience are welcome.
• Min Diploma or BA Degree is required
• Backgrounds in Hospitality Management, Finance, or Business being an added advantage.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
