Customer Service Assistant – Setia City Mall

Lendlease Malaysia is looking for candidates who are interested in growing their career as a Customer Service Assistant at Setia City Mall.

Setia City Mall is recognized as the largest mall in Shah Alam. Over 300 retailers are spread across 4 levels, creating the ultimate destination of choice for shopping, dining, entertainment, and park life in the area.

Responsibilities

Customer Service Assistant is responsible for attending to inquiries, feedback, requests, and complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner. Your role includes but is not limited to:

• Communication with shoppers and tenants in person or via phone call.
• Ensuring all customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and maintained at a high standard of cleanliness.
• Conducting internal daily floor checks including tenant opening and closing hours.
• Taxi queue monitoring to ensure compliance with the mall rules and regulations.
• Attending to emergencies and responding according to the center's Standard Operating Procedure.
• Concierge desk administration duties.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the mall.
• Assisting in mall marketing events and campaigns such as handling gift redemption, lucky draws, contest forms, etc.

Minimum Requirements

Essential to this role is experience in customer service with an approachable and friendly demeanor. Excellent proficiency in English is a must-have skill for this role. You must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
