Job description

Job Specific Responsibilities

  • Product consultant
  • Safeguard the shop reputation.
  • Answer phone calls from ABO/customers.
  • Back up cashier when necessary.
  • Housekeeping.
  • Assist in functions organized by the Company.
  • Receive, store, retrieve, and dispatch goods.
  • Stock replenishment.
  • Assist in PRS repair, replacement & return of products, ABO resignation, and issuance of B/O items.
  • Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
  • Conduct monthly stock-takes.
  • Maintain good documentation records and proper filing.
  • Provide good customer service and maintain good rapport with ABOs.
  • Provide timely and relevant feedback to the shop manager.
  • Provide relevant data reports to the Shop Manager.
  • Establish effective communication with other departments/branches.
