Job Specific Responsibilities
- Product consultant
- Safeguard the shop reputation.
- Answer phone calls from ABO/customers.
- Back up cashier when necessary.
- Housekeeping.
- Assist in functions organized by the Company.
- Receive, store, retrieve, and dispatch goods.
- Stock replenishment.
- Assist in PRS repair, replacement & return of products, ABO resignation, and issuance of B/O items.
- Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
- Conduct monthly stock-takes.
- Maintain good documentation records and proper filing.
- Provide good customer service and maintain good rapport with ABOs.
- Provide timely and relevant feedback to the shop manager.
- Provide relevant data reports to the Shop Manager.
- Establish effective communication with other departments/branches.
