Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Product consultant
  2. Safeguard the shop reputation.
  3. Answer phone calls from ABO/customers.
  4. Back up cashier when necessary.
  5. Housekeeping.
  6. Assist in functions organized by the Company.
  7. Receive, store, retrieve, and dispatch goods.
  8. Stock replenishment.
  9. Assist in PRS repair, replacement & return of products, ABO resignation, and issuance of B/O items.
  10. Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
  11. Conduct monthly stock-takes.
  12. Maintain good documentation records and proper filing.
  13. Provide good customer service and maintain good rapport with ABOs.
  14. Provide timely and relevant feedback to the shop manager.
  15. Provide relevant data reports to the Shop Manager.
  16. Establish effective communication with other departments/branches.
