Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
  2. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
  3. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  4. Review policy terms to determine whether handling compliance. Maintain and update SOP and record.
  5. Enhance and improve current process.
  6. Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients.
  7. Following process and procedure of the Company.

Job Requirements

  1. Fluent in English & Mandarin.
  2. Minimum Diploma or higher.
  3. Preferably with outspoken personality.
  4. Presentable outlook and personality.
  5. With Customer Service experience is added advantage.
  6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
  7. Teamwork. Working in retail means that you need to be able to work as part of a team, no matter how big or small.
  8. Computer literate.
  9. Willing to work in shifts.
  10. Customer service skills.
  11. Trustworthiness and responsibility.
  12. Time management skills.
  13. Problem solving (Assistance with Team leader).
  14. Initiative.
  15. Good attitude.
