Customer Service Agent (Call Centre) Based in Macau, China

Company Background

We are representing our client who is a leading developer, owner and operator of integrated resort facilities in Asia and Europe. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Customer Service Agent to be based in Macau.

Job Requirements:

  • Provide high-quality customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
  • Assist guests with reservations, room bookings, promotions, and general inquiries about the company's offerings.
  • Ensure accurate information is provided while maintaining a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns efficiently, escalating cases when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve booking issues, special requests, and other customer-related matters.

Skills & Qualification:

  • Candidate with at least 1-year hotel working experience in room reservation, telephone operator or front desk in 5-star hotel(s) will be preferred.
  • Fresh graduate candidates from the faculty of hotel, travel and tourism related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to accept shift duties including overnight shifts.
  • Language: Mandarin, Cantonese & English (Spoken & Written).
