Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tier 1 Customer Service Agent to join our team at SpeedX Malaysia office. This role is critical for delivering exceptional service to our customers in the logistics industry. As a Tier 1 Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services in the USA and Canada.
Your working hours are from 4pm to 12am, Monday to Friday.
