Agensi Pekerjaan JEV Management Sdn Bhd is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a leading telecommunications company.
We are looking for dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join our Petaling Jaya team, providing high-quality customer support services!
Salary and Benefits:
Basic Salary: RM2,800/month
KPI Performance Bonus: Up to RM500/month
EPF & SOCSO contributions
Annual Leave: 12 days/year
Sick Leave: 14 days/year
Comprehensive paid training
Job Requirements:
Minimum Education: SPM and above
Language Requirements: Proficient in Mandarin and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Shift Work: Must be able to accept 9-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM (including breaks)
Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Available to start on April 16, 2025
Must be able to work on-site in Petaling Jaya
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to broadband, mobile, and network services
Provide professional support, quickly diagnosing and resolving technical issues
Document customer inquiries and troubleshooting steps, ensuring information accuracy
Follow company service standards and policies
