About the role

Join the customer service team at IShine Cleaning Services and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. This is a full-time position based in our Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor office.

What you'll be doing

• Answering and responding to customer calls, emails, and chats in a friendly and professional manner
• Listening to customer concerns and taking appropriate action to resolve issues
• Providing accurate information about IShine Cleaning Services' products and services
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or manager when necessary
• Contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for providing exceptional support
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred
• Familiarity with using customer relationship management software
