About the role
Join the customer service team at IShine Cleaning Services and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. This is a full-time position based in our Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor office.
What you'll be doing
- Answering and responding to customer calls, emails, and chats in a friendly and professional manner
- Listening to customer concerns and taking appropriate action to resolve issues
- Providing accurate information about IShine Cleaning Services' products and services
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or manager when necessary
- Contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for providing exceptional support
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred
- Familiarity with using customer relationship management software
