About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Doremart SDH BHD, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support and experience. This full-time position is based in Sarikei, Sarawak, where you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers about products, services, and company policies
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and professional customer service
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer concerns effectively
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese, Malay and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Experience working in a call centre or customer service environment, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
