Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and manage multiple lines simultaneously, ensuring callers are routed to the appropriate department or personnel based on the nature of their inquiries.
  • Provide information to the callers about the laboratory services, hours of operation, location, etc.
  • Accurately record and promptly deliver messages to the intended recipients.
  • Perform minor troubleshooting and maintenance on the telephone system, such as resetting lines or addressing basic technical issues. Escalate unresolved problems to the IT team.
  • Compile and maintain call records, ensuring follow-up actions are completed when necessary.
  • Generate airway bills for mailing or packaging purposes to branches or clients as required.
  • Assist in tracing reports from the local laboratory, managing filing tasks, and providing general administrative support to RBC.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Lablink policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Diploma in Medical Lab Technology or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Experience in a laboratory environment is an advantage.
